TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Overview of Services

Versatile Athletics LLC offers remote and in-person athletic performance training, primarily for baseball athletes. Services include custom strength programs, mechanics analysis, throwing programs, mentorship, and movement assessments. Access may be granted via third-party platforms, live calls, email, or mobile apps.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, or have consent and active participation from a parent or legal guardian if under 18. We reserve the right to decline or revoke access to anyone at our discretion.


3. Consultation Requirement

All new clients must complete a live call consultation before being accepted into a program. Acceptance is not guaranteed. No charges will be made unless you are accepted into a program.


4. Payments

All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We may use third-party payment processors such as Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount based on your agreed-upon payment plan.


5. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the customized nature of our programs and limited space, we do not issue refunds once onboarding or training delivery has begun. Refunds will only be granted if Versatile Athletics cancels the program or as required by law.


6. Chargebacks

You agree to first contact us to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first communicating with us may be considered a breach of this agreement.


7. Intellectual Property

All training content, materials, videos, and brand assets are the property of Versatile Athletics LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

Participation in our training programs involves physical activity and risk. Versatile Athletics is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by gross negligence. You participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your health and safety.


9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your data. Communication between you and our team may be stored to improve service quality.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the state/federal courts of North Carolina.
