Our 1 on 1 sessions include mechanical breakdowns and drills specifically tailored to address the athletes movement inefficiencies and patterning issues. Throughout the lesson, consistent video taking and velocity readings aid in designing what is best for the athlete. Bull pen sessions can be included as well as 1 on 1 instant feedback.
