FULFILLMENT & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: May 17, 2025
At Versatile Athletics, we provide high-performance baseball training both remotely and in-person. Our services are highly customized and only available to athletes who are accepted after a live call consultation.
Service Delivery
Clients must complete a 1-on-1 live call consultation prior to enrollment to determine eligibility and fit.
If accepted, clients receive:
- Onboarding instructions via email or text
- Access to our private training app and calendar
- Personalized programming, drills, and ongoing coaching support
- In-person sessions when included in the agreement, scheduled by availability and location
- Services are delivered digitally and/or in-person, depending on the agreement.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the personalized nature of our programs and limited availability, no refunds are issued once onboarding or service delivery has begun.
Refunds are only offered if Versatile Athletics cancels or terminates the agreement before services are provided, or as required by law.
Chargeback Policy
Clients agree to contact us first with any billing or service-related concerns.
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may be considered a breach of agreement.
Currency
All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
